Now that the weather is getting warmer, it’s time to start updating my beauty routine to match the season. For me, this mostly means getting my skin summer ready and stocking up on tons of SPF. I also use the spring months to go through my older products and toss the ones that have been hanging out on the shelf for a little too long. And by that, I mean years. Today, I thought I’d share some of the products I recently picked up at ULTA to help get me started this spring.

Spring Skincare Must Haves
Tula #Nomakeup Replenishing Cleansing Oil
I’m fairly new to the Tula brand, but so far I’m loving it. This is my second bottle of this cleansing oil, and I could not recommend it enough.
I typically follow it up with their Cult Classic Purifying Face Cleanser and the results are flawless. My skin has been loving it- and I rarely break out anymore.

Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge
These sponges are a staple in my beauty routine. I can’t tell you how many I’ve purchased over the last two years. They are durable and apply my foundation beautifully. I also think the price point is fantastic.
Sun Bum Sunscreen Lotion SPF 70
You can never have enough sunscreen- so we bought two of these bad boys. Jake tans and I burn. I could get sunburned on a rainy day while sitting indoors. Meanwhile, Jake walks outside to get something out of the car on a cloudy day and is instantly tanned. It’s honestly rude. Either way, sunscreen is important.
ULTA SPF 50 Sunscreen Rose Water Setting Spray
chase for me and I still haven’t tried it out. Soo I can’t say if it works or not. The reviews online were mixed- some people LOVE it and others HATE it. But, it was $2.50 so I bought two. I’ll let you know if I like it.
SheaMoisture 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Body Oil
This winter my skin took a beating. It was soo unusually dry. For the past week, I’ve been using this body oil and I have really seen a big difference in the look and feel of my skin. I just apply it after each shower and BOOM, soft skin.
Pureology Hydrate Shampoo and Conditioner
For the last year, or so, I’ve been growing my hair out for my wedding. I have super thick and naturally curly hair- which means, again, more dryness. I’m about a month into using this system and really like it so far. My hair feels super clean, lightweight, soft, and shiny. I do have to warn you, smell the products before you buy them. They are very earthy-smelling. A lot of the reviews online complain about the smell. I don’t mind it at all.
